URI's capital campaign hits $100 million mark, 15 months ahead of schedule

At the URI Distinguished Achievement Awards ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 17, President David M. Dooley delighted all attendees with the announcement that the University's Making a Difference capital campaign had achieved its $100 million goal, a full 15 months ahead of schedule.
